Tap water contains cholrine. Chrlorine burns fishes gills and skin. In some cases it can kill.

Adding water to your pond via a carbon filter will render tap water safe for your koi. Our carbon purifiers remove chlorine and other harmful chemicals and are supplied with a 5 micron pre filter

The small carbon purifier will treat 20,000 Gallons of water. Contains activated carbon granules, and supplied with 5 micron pre filter.
